The training course which is organized by the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) of Indonesia is designed to share Indonesian experience with participants from various countries in improving women status through several activities at the grass-root level, and linked with women participation in family planning and reproductive health programs. This training program is the collaboration between the Government of Indonesia and the Colombo Plan.

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia will conduct the Course with support of technical cooperation scheme of the Government of Japan. The course will be held once a year from Japanese Fiscal Year (JFY) 2006 until 2010 subject to annual consultation between both Government. The third course will be implemented from June 15^th to July 24^th, 2010. This course will be implemented at National Vocational Rehabilitation Center (NVRC) Cibinong Bogor, West Java.
